Vanilla Bean Frapp
Makes 1 large serving:
1 tablespoons sugar (or Splenda)
1 cup 2 % milk
2 cups ice
4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
Blend until ice is completely crushed. Top with whipped cream (optional)
