24 Hour Italian Beef

3 to 5 pound rolled rump roast or sirloin tip roast
1 pkg Au Jus mix
1 pkg Dry Italian dressing such as Good Seasons
2 c water

Combine both mixed and water. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove meat from crockpot and shred with a fork or slice thin. Put meat back in crockpot and cook on low for 12 more hours.

So easy for a party - cook and slice!
