Italian Beef - 24 Hour

3 to 5 pound rolled rump roast or sirloin tip roast
1 pkg dry Au Jus mix
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
2 c water

Combine both dry mixes and water. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove meat from crockpot and shred with a fork or slice thin. Put meat back in crockpot and cook on low for 12 more hours.
